SuperCom announced that it has acquired California-based Leaders in Community Alternatives (LCA), a provider of electronic monitoring and community-based services. LCA generated $9M in revenue for 2015 and has been profitable over the past 3 years.
According to the press release: "SuperCom intends to leverage LCA's deep industry knowledge, innovative solutions, and strong base of long-term government customers in the United States, together with SuperCom's advanced electronic monitoring technology and global Public Safety experience, to expand SuperCom's Public Safety market share in the United States and worldwide." SuperCom paid approximately $3M up-front with a 3 year earnout tied to revenue above management projections. Comments are closed.
