Snow Phipps Group Acquires Winchester Electronics

Snow Phipps Group announced that it has acquired Winchester Electronics Corporation from Audax Private Equity.  Winchester is a South Norwalk, Connecticut-based provider of custom engineered interconnect solutions for applications in the military/aerospace, medical, semiconductor, data infrastructure, test and measurement, and oil and gas markets.  Lincoln International advised Winchester and Audax on the transaction.
