Mission Essential Acquires IMT

Mission Essential announced that it has acquired Information Management Technology Corporation (IMT), a systems integration and software engineering firm.  IMT specializes in the dissemination of time-critical intelligence to the warfighter and is the lead technical support and sustainment provider for the DoD’s Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS) Enterprise which is the agency’s satellite-connected communications network for intelligence sharing, threat warning, and targeting activities.  Arena Strategic Advisors LLC advised Mission Essential and KippsDeSanto represented IMT.  Deal terms were not disclosed.
