On December 31, 2015 Battle Resource Management Inc. (BRMi) acquired Fairfax, Virginia-based Clearsoft Inc., an IT services company focused on providing enterprise software development and systems integration to both government and commercial clients. Clearsoft is a HUBZone Small Business and is a subcontractor on a number of vehicles including DHS EAGLE II, SeaPort-e, GSA PBS,, US Courts JMAS IV, and DIA E-SITE. The company grew revenues by 58% during the past year.
The McLean Group was the financial advisor and McMahon, Welch, and Learned PLLC was the legal advisor to Clearsoft on the transaction. Deal terms were not announced. Comments are closed.
