Femme Comp Inc. (FCI) announced that it has sold to a business partnership formed by three individuals including FCI’s former COO. FCI is a Chantilly, Virginia-based contractor that provides systems engineering, cybersecurity, IT services, financial and management solutions to government clients. The acquiring entity was formed by John Bronson (former EVP and COO), Robert Knibb (co-founding General Partner of Arlington Capital Partners), and B. Hagen Saville (former CEO of MCG Capital Corporation). John Bronson will take the helm of the company as the new President and CEO. In addition, the company has brought on Danny Pummill, retired Under Secretary for Benefits from the VA, as EVP and COO. Deal terms were not disclosed.
