Dynamis Acquires DGI’s Emergency & Security Management Solutions

Dynamis Inc. announced that it has acquired the Emergency & Security Management Solutions (ESMS) subsidiary of Defense Group Inc. (DGI) including the COBRA integrated emergency and security management software suite.  

According to Dynamis CEO, John Milam: “This  cquisition enables us to better serve our emergency and security management customers, including the Homeland Security and Defense departments, and we are excited about the new growth opportunities this will create for our company.”

Headwaters MB advised DGI on the transaction.  Deal terms were not disclosed.
